The KIAAA invites you to make a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution the the KIAAA Endowmewnt. The Endowment preserves and creates opportunities for student-athleties involved in Kansas programs; provides a vehilcle for the KIAAA to remain involved in supporting wholesome programs that instill lifelong values in our young citizens, and insures the KIAAA continues to provide quality programs and services for its membership. If you company makes a contribution of $50 or more to the KIAAA Endowment, your company will be placed in the drawing for a FREE BOOTH at the 2017 KIAAA Spring Conference.

About the Events

This site has been created as the electronic registration for those vendors wishing to exhibit at the 2018 Kansas Interscholastic Athletic Adminstrators Association.  The vendor exhibit will be Monday, April 16th from 3pm to 5:30 pm pm.  Vendors will be able to set up Sunday evening beginning at 5:00 pm.  Vendors will also be given tickets (2 tickets of single table/4 tickets for double table) to the vendor luncheon and to Monday's Leadership Training Institute (a combined value of $40/person).  The luncheon begins at 11 on Monday and the workshop begins at 1pm Monday.  Vendors choosing to participate in the doorprize giveaway durning the luncheon will be acknowleged during the luncheon.  Additional tickets may be purchased for the luncheon and workshop.

The KIAAA conference is very vendor/AD interactive.  Along with the items listed above, there are some additional opportunities that we encourge vendors to participate in throughout the conference.  On Sunday is the conference golf tournament at the world famous Colbert Hills.  Lunch will be served prior (hole sponsors are welcome).  Also, there will be a social from 9-11pm Monday evening in the Green Room.  There will be hor d'oeuvres and cash bar.  We encouge you to consider these additional activities as we feel they are great opportunities  for vendors to interact with over 170 ADs  in casual and relaxed sittings.  Participating vendodrs are able to share information about the products and/or services associated with their company and establish business relastionships that result in immediate or future sales.  Both the golf tournament and social do require additonal tickets per individual so make sure to indicate accordingly as you register.. 

Finally, we enouge attendees, ADs and vendors alike, to contribute to the KIAAA Endowment Fund.  The Endowment goes to funding the KIAAA Scholarship Program.  Vendors contributing $50 or more will be eligible for a drawing for a free booth during the vendor exibits for the 2018 KIAAA Conference.
