STONE LAKE CRANBERRY FESTIVAL GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Held Annually the 1st Saturday in October. Rain or Shine.
  • Approximately 25,000 Shoppers Visit Annually 
  • Arts, Crafts, Flea and Farmers Market Vendors
  • Shopping Hours 9:00am - 5:00pm. 
  • Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser, Marsh Tours, Music, Parade and Krate Derby 

 

GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION: 

  • Vendors are mixed, this is not a juried show. 
  • Over 330 Vendors inside and out. 
  • New for 2017 all vendors must register and pay on-line.
    Note: Your Credit Card statement will show charge to WPY 855-469-3729 California, We_pay or Sharon Paine, this is the secure site that handles your Cranberry Fest Vendor Fee, please do not dispute or your space could be cancelled. 

 

RETURNING VENDORS: 

  • All returning vendors requesting space for 2017 must register and pay online. 
  • 2016 Returning Vendors will be given first opportunity to renew their space
  • Registration deadline to request last years location is August 30th
  • Once you have completed and paid for registration you will receive a confirmation email that registration has been received.
  • You will be contacted with space assignment for 2017 on or before September 1
  • If you are in need of assistance with registration please call 715-865-3378 and a representative will contact you with in 72 hours to provide assistance. 

 

NEW VENDORS: 

  • All new vendors requesting space for 2017 must register and pay online. 
  • Returning vendors are given first priority until August 30th. 
  • After Septmeber 1 Vendors will be placed on a first come, first served basis. 
  • You will be notified on or before September 6th if space is available. 
  • If NO space is available you will be refunded your complete registration fee. 

 

SELLERS PERMIT: 

  • Wisconsin Sellers Permit is required
  • No exceptions.

EVENT INSURANCE: 

  • All vendors must provide proof of General Liabilty Insurance to cover rented space. 
  • A current copy listing Stone Lake Cranberry Festival as an additional insured is required.

  • No Exceptions. 
  • Event insurance for as little as $39 may be purchased on line at www.actinsurance.com

 

SALES TAX: 

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting & Paying State & County sales tax of 5.5%
    (Washburn or Sawyer County)

 

VENDOR SET UP: 

  • Set-up 7:00am - 9:00am day of Festival
  • Highway 70 closes from 9:00am - 5:00pm. 
  • You may drive to your booth to unload and load as quickly as possible. 
  • Once unloaded Free Parking available in Vendor fields with Vendor Parking Pass. 
  • NOTE: Friday Set-up available only to Outdoor Grass Vendor near former Stone Lake School and Vendors inside the Lions Hall. 

 

TEARDOWN: 

  • All venodrs must remain set-up until close of Festival at 5:00pm.  
  • Please load as quickly as possible once vehicle is at your booth. 
  • Anyone leaving early will be asked not to attend following year.
  • Please have booth packed up as much as possible before bringing vehicle to booth

 

OUTDOOR VENDOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

  • Over 300 Outdoor Vendor Spaces.
  • $150.00 per Space. 
  • Space size: 10'X12' on Asphalt Street or Grassy Area near former School
  • No tables or tents provided 
  • No Electricity provided.
  • Generators allowed AFTER 7:00am 
  • No water provided. 

 

INDOOR VENDOR SPACES: 

  • Inside spaces are limited inside Lions Hall.
  • $150.00 per Space 
  • Banquet Table rental available for $10.00 each while supplies last. 
  • Electricity availalbe $10.00 per booth while suppies last. 

 

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION: 

  • All Food Vendors requesting space for 2017 must register and pay online.
  • Wisconsn Food License # required. No exceptions 
  • General Liabiliy Insurance required for your rented space. No exceptions. 
  • 2016 Returning Vendors will be given first opportunity to renew their space
  • Registration deadline to request last years location is July 31st. 
  • Once you have completed and paid for registration you will receive a confirmation email that registration has been received.
  • Food Vendor Spaces are limited and registration and payment is NOT a guarentee. 
  • You will be contacted after registration via email with a request for photo of your booth, menu items, copy of valid Food License and space requirement confirmation.  
  • You will be contacted with decision within 7 working days of photo review. 
  • If no space is assigned you will receive a full refund. 
  • You are responsible for cleaning your area of all debris. 
  • Any vendor caught dumping grease or garbage will not be allowed to return. 
  • If you are in need of assistance with registration please call 715-865-3378 and a representative will contact you with in 72 hours to provide assistance. 

 

PARKING: 

  • FREE FOR VENDORS in the parking Lots and Vendor parking areas.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • Festival is held Rain or Shine. No rain date will be held. 
  • Refunds: 100% of Show Fee will be refunded to ACCEPTED VENDORS who cancel and notify the Festival on or before August 1st. Must be received in writing.
  • Refunds: 50% of Show Fee will be refunded to ACCEPTED VENDORS who cancel and notify the Festival on or before August 31st. Must be received in writing. 
  • No refunds awarded to ACCEPTED VENDORS September 1st or After. 
  • No refunds awarded to NO Show Vendors 
  • Emergencies will be addressed with documentation.

Stone Lake Cranberry Festival is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. All event proceeds benefit local youth groups, civic and service organizations and education scholarships. Over the past 3 years we have proudly donated over $100,000 to Stone Lake and our surrounding communities.
