The Minnesota Chapter of the National Association for Multicultural Education (MN-NAME) is excited to present this year's Insisting on Equity conference, featuring Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum, former president of Spellman and acclaimed author of Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria?: And Other Conversations About Race Join hundreds of educators, activists, parents, non-profit folks, and others who are committed to equity, social justice, and multicultural education, in a day-long event featuring local and national presenters.
