About the Events

The RMCC ventures to Colorado's Western Slope to ride our newest Colorado Triple Crown adventure: the Colorado Mesa Double Century. This challenging double century explores some of the Grand Valley's most challenging and most spectacular climbs, including the monstrous Grand Mesa and the  Colorado National Monument, the showpiece climb of Western Colorado. Participants have 17.5 hours to complete this challenging single-day timed tour!

Event highlights:

200 miles, 13,000 feet of climbing, 17.5 hour time limit

$60 cost recovery fee + RMCC membership ($25/year, available through the RMCC mainpage)

About the Organizer

The Rocky Mountain Cycling Club (RMCC) is Eastern Colorado's premier road bicycling club. The RMCC offers a full range of rides for serious cycling enthusiasts and for intermediate-to-advanced road cyclists. The RMCC is also Colorado's only endurance and randonneuring cycling club, offering a comprehensive collection of brevets (200 km - 1200 km) as well as the Colorado Triple Crown, a series of timed double century tours. The RMCC is also Colorado's only ultra-endurance cycling club, organizing the extremely challenging Colorado Triple Crown, a series of EPIC timed double century road cycling tours. These events are all "grass roots" in nature and are created to provide life-enhancing experiences for our club members.
