2017 Annual Meeting for LWV of Charlotte Mecklenburg

The League of Women Voters of Charlotte Mecklenburg's 2017 Annual Meeting will be held on June 1 in the Auditorium at our office location - the Midwood International Cultural Center at 1817 Central Ave., Charlotte NC  28205

We're pleased to announce that this year's speaker will be Ella Scarborough, Chair of the Mecklenburg County Commission.   

We'll have a social gathering starting at 6:00 pm in the auditorium and dinner will start at 6:15 pm.    After our speaker, the annual business meeting will take place.  The next Voter newsletter will contain an Annual Meeting packet, so please bring that with you to dinner.   We'll be voting on several issues including bylaws changes and a budget for next year.    New officers will be elected, and there will be time at the end for any Directions to the Board that members would like to give.
