GRIT All Girls Hockey Pods are designed and run by professional hockey coaches committed to longitudinal learning and development.
These sessions are designed to build a development curriculum rooted in the foundations of hockey and structured to maximize player development over time. Weekly sessions will be customized, high tempo, engaging and always based in developing a deeper love for the game of hockey.
Strength & Conditioning, Shooting/stickhandling
All sessions are conducted on our new artificial ice surface as well and synthetic turf perfect for high intensity training.
